Recipe: Healthy Mango Smoothie

  • 1/2 fresh mango
  • 1/2 cup of cold buttermilk
  •  leaf of fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
Just blend everything until smooth. Add honey if it's not sweet enough.

Why buttermilk?
 It contains less calories than milk and supports the digestive system. Buttermilk is also very refreshing and really good quenches our thirst.
