Recipe: Salmon Trout In Paper Parcels

Hello!
Another healthy recipe, but this time with fish. It's very simple and really dilecious. You have to try it!

Ingredients:
  • 1 salmon trout fillet
  • 1 package of vermicelli noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • half a teespoon of peanut oil
  • 1 golve of diced garlic
  • 1 lemon, cut into thin tripes
  • chopped coriander



Cut fish into 2 pieces. In a small bowl mix together peanut oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Cut the baking paper into square. Place 4 strips of lemon, garlic and fish on the paper. Drizzle the sauce over fish. Fold the baking paper into a parcel, secure it with twine. Place the fish in the steamer, cover and steam for 5-10 minutes, depending how thick is the fillet. When the fish is cooking, prepare noodles according to directions on package.
You can drizzle some soy sauce over noodles to give them some taste.
