Recipe: Baked Sweet Potato Fries!


Hello everyone!
Since it's now season for sweet potatos, I've been so obssessed about them. I literally eat them for today's dinner. And I've been especially loving baked sweet potato fries. Crispy from the outside and soft on the inside. Not only they are delicious but really quick to bake in comparison to the regular potato fries. And they are healthy, so it is a big yes for me!




Ingredients:
  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • half of a lemon
  • olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (375 F). Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly (I use a clean washing sponge for this). If you want to you can peel them. Cut the potatoes into thin straps. Wash them with water again, then drain them. Put the potatoes into the baking tray, add some salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Place the tray into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. You can leave them for longer if you want them to be more crispy.
