Recipe: My 3 Favourite Healthy Juices!

I'm back at it again after a short break. Today coming to you with 3 juice recipes, my favourite ones. I decided that today is a good detox day as the weather is horrible- very cold and wet. So there's no point going outside. And I also wanted to write this post already because there wasn't any for the past 5 days.

Anyways, 3 recipes, really easy. What's so difficult about juicing? Packed with a whole bunch of vitamins that will help you clean your body from toxins and also make you feel more energized.
The 3 juices are: green juice, detox juice and multivitamin juice as I like to call them. So let's start!

Green Juice
Perfect juice for breakfast as it really wakes you up. Packed with tons of vitamin C, B, PP and K, calcium, potassium and folic acid. Great anti-cancer properties, cleans your digestive system and boosts your metabolism.

  • 3 handfuls kale
  • half lemon
  • cucamber
  • 2 green apples (I used Granny Smith)
  • 2 celery sticks
Process cucamber, celery, kale and apples ( in this order). Then add juice from the lemon. Done!

Detox Juice
Perfect detox juice. Contains lots of folic acid, vitamin C, B1, iron, magnesium, potassium, cesium and rubidium. Prevents anemia, supports circulatory system, regulates cholesterol levels and cleans your blood from homocysteine- responsible for heart diseases.

  • large beet
  • green apple
  • 1 lemon slice- without skin
  • 3 small carrots
  • 2 small handfuls kale
Process beet, carrots, lemon, kale and apple (in order). Done!

Multivitamin Juice
The last and my most favourite juice. Very delicious. Full of vitamin C, A, B1, B2, B6, PP and many minerals- as the name of it says. Perfect for every time of the day. And also an ideal sweet snack.

  • 2 apples
  • bunch of grapes
  • orange
  • 3 carrots
  • handful of pineapple
Process carrots, grapes, orange, pineapple and apples. Done!
